What to expect before your road show

INTERACTIVE dashboard

Starting with our initial service proposal, you'll stay connected to our process through your organization's real-time dedicated dashboard at Tribe. From proposals and contracts, to investor contact lists, feedback reports, and valuable marketing statistics, you'll see the real-time benefit & value of your investor acquisition program.

DYNAMIC ITINERARIES

Your initial proposal will include a preliminary itinerary outlining the meetings we expect to pursue on your behalf. Once we begin work on your road show, flight and hotel confirmations will be added, along with connecting travel logistics and helpful reminders.  As private meetings are added to the schedule, those will be reflected as well.

Responsible collaboration

You will be assigned a dedicated point of contact; an experienced member of our logistics team who will brief you on the materials and information we need from you to get started.  We'll keep you abreast of road show progress, and notify you with itinerary updates and investor lists in the weeks leading up to your trip & road show events. 

Full service execution

We insist on overseeing all aspects of your road show to ensure successful execution to our strict standards, and to allow you to stay focused on the demands of your business.  We'll work with your staff and venue management to see that marketing materials are delivered and any unique A/V needs are satisfied prior to the launch of each event.

WHAT TO EXPECT During YOUR ROAD SHOW

real-time Updates

Our oversight continues as you progress through your road show.  As new participants are added, dynamic attendee lists are refreshed -up to the very moment each meeting begins, And at each venue you will find an updated pre-list reflecting expected attendees confirmed as of that morning. 

Onsite Coordinators

Whether you see them or not, onsite coordinators will be hard at work ensuring each meeting meets our strict standards.  Constant communication with our home office ensures last minute adjustments are made prior to kickoff, and that your meeting progresses without interruption.

Live logistics assistance

Cancelled flights, natural disasters; a lot can happen to frustrate and derail a road show.  Your Tribe Public point of contact will stay abreast of all the moving parts involved in your travel, notifying you when circumstances require adjustment, to ensure you arrive promptly to your meetings and make those crucial, tight transport connections and keep your road show on track. 

Attendee Management

Onsite coordinators assist in greeting and directing investors to you as they arrive.  Constant contact with our home office will identify and locate unaccounted for investors.  And by the time attendees return to their office, they will find the Tribe Public survey waiting for them, soliciting critical feedback on your presentation and you will receive the aggregated a short time after it is compiled.

What to expect following your road show

Following your meetings, a record of all event participants with detailed contact information will be uploaded to your real-time dedicated dashboard so that you may track, build on and report to all concerned.  At Tribe Public, we believe in also supplying this very same information for those investors who registered interest in your company, but were unable to attend. This resource will be invaluable to your investor marketing efforts. 

Post event participant feedback

Each meeting participant will be contacted with a survey to gauge their opinion of the company, management and your presentation.  These surveys are brief, but open-ended in order to maximize valuable investor input.  Wherever possible, we add useful notes and highlight specific action items to help you better understand how to leverage investor feedback.

Opportunity DEbriefing Call

Following your road show, we will schedule a conference call to walk you through investor feedback, pointing out opportunities for follow-up, and to discuss your general impressions of the road show and propose next steps.

Ongoing Outreach Services 

We'll include your ongoing news flow and reported financial and corporate developments in our periodic newsletters and ongoing social media outreach to update the investors you meet via Tribe and would seek to meet in the future.
